Michael has degrees in education, psychology, biblical theology, has studied in London, Dublin, Rome and Jerusalem. Has learned Taoist philosophy, Zen meditation, Chinese herbalism, Shiatsu and Oki Do yoga. Michael has been doing intuitive psychic readings for 25 years. What is Reiki?
The word Reiki means universal life force energy. When we treat a person with Reiki, we do this by laying our hands on or above various parts of the body to channel the life force energy to them in order to bring them into balance and harmony on all levels.
This supports the body's natural ability to heal. It can help loosen up blocked energy, brings relaxation and feels so good.
There are many kinds of healing. What sets Reiki aside from others is the attunement to specific symbols given in the late 1800's to Dr Usui, it's founder.
These symbols are used with each healing to connect us with the lifeforce energy, to provide protection, centering and grounding.
With Reiki we always know we are connected to the loving healing light and very safe. The energy being channelled is not our own energy so we recieve a healing also as it passes through us and it does not deplete any of our own energy.
Teaching and Attunement to

If you feel you are ready for attunement to this level, please make a time to see Jan and discuss with her your qualifications and previous experience in healing.
This level of Reiki brings your energy to a new, refined frequency for your personal development, strengthens your healing ability and qualifies you to teach others. you will need to have done plenty of practice and some spiritual preparation before doing the course.
You will study and discuss more aspects of healing and be attuned to the Master Level of the Usui method of Reiki.
You will also learn about and be attuned to the Seichem (Sekhem) method of healing which is similar to Reiki.
