Clear Quartz Crystals
Quartz crystals are formed when sand combines with water under special conditions of temperature and pressure such as volcanic eruptions. They grow slowly over millions of years and no two crystals are exactly the same.
Clear quartz amplifies, transforms, stores and transfers energy on the physical level in watches, TVs, lasers, etc, and can also affect the energy on the emotional, mental and spiritual levels. Because of these special properties, clear quartz crystals can be programmed to help with meditation, healing, channelling, and whatever you wish them to help with.
Programming a crystal: A very simple way is to cleanse your crystal by holding it under a running tap and visualising white light flowing through it to clear and cleanse away old energies it may have picked up that are not in tune with you. Then sit quietly with it and ask it to help you in whatever way you want (for healing, meditation, inner peace, love, communication with guidance, etc.)
Many clear quartz crystals have specific formations that tell us what would be the specific purpose they can be used for. For example two crystals growing up side by side in the same direction are called soulmate crystals and can be used to help bring in a soulmate. A crystal with seven sides to one of the top facets and a triangle behind it is called a channelling crystal and helps to recieve and transmit guidance.
