Jan will be holding a meditation group on Sunday Afternoons
from 4:30pm - 6pm
This will take the form of some relaxation, a short guided meditation
And approximately 20 minutes of quiet time
After the meditation, please stay for a cup of tea or coffee

Fire Energy

Some thoughts about this powerful force in our lives



Fire energy is the life force of the earth and its power is seen in its molten core.

Fire is a force for change and purification leading to new growth.

Think of the new life that can come to the earth after a bushfire. All the old undergrowth becomes compost to enrich the earth.

Fire is an energy of activity and action that urges us to understand and release the blocks that have been holding us back from becoming our full potential. Once we find the courage to face our old habits or patterns and decide how they affect our lives we can begin to change them and create a new, positive pathway.

We need to use our fire energy wisely, with compassion not anger.

We fear fire because of its powerful and often unpredictable effects and so we may be fearful of allowing this energy into our lives. If we prepare ourselves and work in a loving, caring way it can be used to create positive change.

We prepare by looking deep within ourselves and being honest about what we need to change then asking our Higher Self to show us the way to do it. Looking at yourself with love is the first step

We often receive messages from our guidance urging change but our fears hold us back in the old familiar patterns

Don't just ask and expect it all to be done for you. You need to work with the Universe and the energy of fire ( action/creativity) can give you a little push along.

We need to have vision first before we can manifest change in our lives and we need to take responsibility

Balance the base chakra with garnet to feel safe

Balance the navel chakra with carnelian for creating the new

Balance the solar plexus chakra with citrine for confidence and personal power
