Crystals for Children
The energy emitted from crystals can help to bring our own energy into balance and harmony. Many children are able to easily connect with these crystal energies. Often they will intuitively select what they need.
Sometimes parents, aware of their needs, can choose a stone that will help in a particular way. So this list may be helpful but please remember if your child needs professional help use the crystal to support this rather than replace it.
Your child needs to have a belief that the crystal is special and personal so when you get a new one show them how to hold it under a running tap to clean it, then place it in their hands and tell them that this crystal has come to be their friend and help them.
Next decide how you will use it - under pillow, beside bed, in pocket, in a drawstring bag etc.
