What path will we choose for ourselves in 2009

The numerological influence on the whole woeld for 2009 is number 11/2. this is calculated by adding the numbers in 2009 - 2+0+0+9=11. The number 11 can be a double influence of 11 and 2 as 1+1=2.

the energy of number 11 is powerful and can test the strength of our integrity. When used positively it can provide leadership that is inspired to bring about justice, fairness and honesty. Sudden events may require quick decisions so old blocks and prejudices need to be left behind and intuitve guidance sought for the way ahead. The energy of the 2 is quite different and according to where we are on our pathway, we may move from one to the other or just use either. The influence of number 2 is of diplomacy, tact and patience. It encourages us to use the skills of conciliation and meditation. There could be a tendency to want peace at any price to be watched for. The number 2 encourages co-operation to discuss and plan for how we will plant the seeds for future events that may cause either disagreement or co-operation. So you see there are tremendous potentials if the world opens to this energy in a positive way. If we try to use the energy in our own lives for good it will help to strengthen the world energy.

Cosmic Rainbow Meditation Groups

We currently have two meditation groups that meet.

Jan hosts a short guided meditation on Sunday at 4:30 - 6pm. This takes the form of some relaxation, a short guided meditation leading into approximately 20 minutes of quiet time.

After meditation please stay for a cup of tea or coffee.

Combining Birth Order and Iris patterns

Rayid started as an original and unique system of iris analysis. When it became very popular in South America, Denny Johnson formulated a new way of doing a consultation using birth order. In recent years it has become apparent that the 2 systems form one holistic system. The genetic patterns of the iris relate to the genetic history of the relationships in the family tree of our grandparents.

We will discuss which iris patterns relate to which birth order and Grandparent positions and look at photos of different iris patterns.

USING CRYSTALS TO HEAL THE CHAKRAS

Charkas are energy centres that receive or transmit energy through our aura. The aura (our personal energy field) absorbs energy from outside itself and passes it along its various layers to the chakra attuned to the frequency of the energy entering. The chakras then send the energy to the endocrine glands which nourish the body systems associated with them.

There are many chakras but the main ones we work with in healing with crystals are as follows:

• Crown - Top of the head
• Third Eye - centre of forehead
• Throat - at base of throat
• Heart - centre of the chest
• Solar plexis - top of abdomen
• Sacral - below navel
• Base - at base of spine
• Earth - between feet

Steps to follow:

• Cleanse the crystals you have chosen - under running water or visualise the white light flowing through it
• Visualise the room filled with Healing Light and yourself in an egg of light for protection
• Lie down and place the crystals on your chakra points starting from the crown and working downwards or from the feet working upwards
• Relax and meditate or put on some soft, gentle music

Focus your attention on each of the chakras in turn and imagine them spiralling round being brought into balance and harmony. Spend whatever time you like doing this. When finished give thanks to the crystals and to the healing light. Surround yourself with protective light . Come back gently. Remove the stones and later cleanse them. Ground yourself with a glass of water or a cup of tea.

Other Methods

• Hold the crystal in you hand and place it on the chakra while sitting
• Carry them around in pocket or pouch
• Put them under bed or pillow
• Wear as jewellery
• Place them somewhere in your home
